Trump International Hotel

Residential | Las Vegas, Nevada

Construction on the Trump International Hotel Las Vegas began in 2005, and was completed in 2007, with Channel Lumber providing concrete forms.

The 64 story tower located in Paradise, Nevada cost an estimated $500 million to build. 800 workers completed a floor every 6 days. The golden-hued property features non-residential condominiums, residential condominiums, hotel rooms, and 24-karat gold infused windows.

The property does not currently have a gaming license or casino. The Trump family wanted to create a Luxury Resort experience without the tourist and gambling ambience.
