Channel Lumber is a leader in sustainable and green building. We are featuring here a current project, “160 Folsom”. 160 Folsom is a 400 foot, 393 mixed unit residence. The general contractor is LendLease. The building designers are set to reach very high marks for sustainability and the development is targeted at Gold LEED status. 237 units will be market price, and 153 units will be OCII sponsored affordable housing to help keep San Francisco affordable for middle income families. 

160 Folsom will be a centerpiece of the Transbay redevelopment area. This area will be a high density, pedestrian oriented neighborhood. The project is expected to be completed in 2020. For more information about our products and services please contact us.
