Corporate Retreat in Silicon Valley
In July 2018, ground was broken for the development of a $250M Class A mixed use office and hotel development in Mountain View. The property has come to be called Ameswell Mountain View, with Channel Lumber providing services and products throughout various stages of development. The property is expected to open to the public summer 2020.
The hotel is ideally located for Silicon Valley access, just 10 miles north of San Jose, and 25 miles south of SFO. The Ameswell will be designed to provide guests with the ultimate work, lodging, and dining experiences. With nearby redwoods, the design features and abundance of natural light and well thought out spaces to meet, work, or relax. Simple amenities like chargers and comfortable furniture minimize stress.
Private Events
There are several dining and drink options on the property, as well as a ballroom suited for large events of weddings, and an ample lawn area for outdoor business or social gatherings. The property was designed by San Francisco’s award winning design team, BAMO, which create thoughtful, quiet interiors, an abundance of public spaces which make the Ameswell a destination experience as well as a hotel.
