MacArthur Commons, or “The Mac” is an inspired, modern apartment development across from the MacCarthur BART station. It also located in the vibrant, walkable Temescal neighborhood, home to restaurants, artisan shops, galleries, and nightlife.

Channel Lumber supplied concrete form, and other products and services to the development of MacArthur Commons.

The property feature a host of modern amenities including a dog run and wash, fully equipped gym, resort style pool, and common work spaces. The development is three separate buildings with 385 units and a combined square footage of 469, 000.

Residents will enjoy easy access to Oakland, San Francisco, Emeryville, and beyond via the MacArthur BART, the biggest station in the BART system.

Construction began in 2017 and is expected to be completed in 2019.
